For detailed information about a car's passenger and baggage capacity, please refer to the car information page. Generally, when calculating baggage capacity, 1 item of baggage is taken to be a single 24-inch suitcase, and baggage that exceeds this should be treated as 2 items.

When booking an airport transfer, you may need to consider regional time differences as well as the level of demand for cars and drivers across different seasons and regions. We generally recommend booking your transfer 48 hours in advance to account for these factors, but keep an eye on airline and airport announcements too.

If you require child seats, please select the correct amount at the time of booking.

• An additional fee may be charged for child seats. When choosing your car, please note that a child seat accounts for 1.5 seats.

Mandatory for: Children under 6 years old.

If you choose to cancel 2 day in advance, there’s no cancellation fee but there’s no refund if you choose to cancel on the day or a day before.

For airport pick-up service:

If your flight arrives on time or up to 2 hours late, your driver will wait for you, without additional charge, for 60 minutes beginning from your flight's actual landing time.

If your flight arrives early, your driver will arrive as early as possible and will not arrive any later than the scheduled flight landing time.

If your flight arrives more than 2 hours late, we will attempt to arrange a new driver for you. If the new driver cannot be arranged, your booking will be canceled and fully refunded.

For airport drop-off service:

Your driver will wait for up to 15 minutes, without additional charge, beginning at the scheduled pick-up time.
