Refund Policy

Lucky Korea Driver operates the following refund and change policies to ensure convenient reservations and fair service.

1. Reservation Change and Cancellation Criteria

• Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date.

• Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation date.

2. Refund Policy

• If you cancel 48 hours or more in advance: 100% of your deposit will be refunded.

• If you cancel within 48 hours: Your deposit will be considered a penalty fee and will not be refunded. This amount will be forfeited to the company.

3. Change and Cancellation Procedures

• If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you must contact the person in charge directly.

4. Exceptions

• In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or flight cancellations, refunds or changes may be made through separate agreement upon submission of supporting documentation.
